Shipping policy

Where we ship: All across India.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat, excluding holidays). You'll get an email confirmation when your order is placed.
Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 5-9 business days from the order date. Metro cities are often faster, and remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders.
Tracking: Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email/SMS. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update.
Delays: Courier delays, weather, or local restrictions can extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived after 12 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier.
Wrong address: Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We aren't responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect details, and re-shipping may be charged.
Damaged or wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
